Terms of Service

AnimeGen is an AI image generation tool that allows users to create anime-style images from prompts and related inputs.

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, unexpected, offensive, or similar to existing works. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any output.

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it when needed.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create legal risk, abuse the service, or interfere with other users.

AnimeGen offers a free tier with up to 10 text generations per day. The Pro tier provides up to 100 text generations per day on monthly or yearly paid plans. AnimeGen does not offer a lifetime plan.

Payments are processed by Creem. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize Creem and AnimeGen to charge the applicable fees shown at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Generation limits, features, and pricing may change over time. If a change materially affects an active paid plan, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice.

You must follow our Content Policy. You may not use AnimeGen to create or distribute illegal content, non-consensual sexual content, sexual content involving minors, harassment, threats, hateful content, malware, fraud, or content that violates another person's rights.

You may not reverse engineer the service, bypass usage limits, scrape the service, overload our systems, resell access without permission, or use automated activity that harms AnimeGen or other users.

You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, and other inputs you provide. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit them and use the resulting images.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AnimeGen does not claim ownership of images you generate. However, AI-generated content may not qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction, and similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users.

You grant AnimeGen the limited rights needed to host, process, display, store, and delete your inputs and outputs in order to operate, secure, and improve the service and enforce these Terms.

Generated images are retained for up to 30 days and then automatically deleted. You are responsible for downloading images you want to keep.

Account deletion is available through self-service tools where provided. You may also request deletion by emailing [email protected].

AnimeGen is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that generated images will meet your expectations.
