Refund Policy

AnimeGen offers a free tier with up to 10 text generations per day. The Pro tier is a monthly paid plan that currently includes up to 100 text generations per day. AnimeGen does not offer a lifetime plan.

Payments for paid plans are processed by Creem. Your payment method, billing details, receipts, and subscription status may be managed through Creem or the AnimeGen account interface where available.

You may cancel your Pro plan before the next renewal date. After cancellation, you may continue using Pro features until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation.

Cancelling a plan does not automatically delete your account. You may delete your account through self-service tools where available or by emailing [email protected].

Because AnimeGen provides digital access and immediately available generation capacity, payments are generally non-refundable once a paid billing period begins.

We may consider refund requests in limited circumstances, such as duplicate charges, clear billing errors, inability to access paid features after successful payment, or other situations required by applicable law.

Refunds are not provided for unused text generations, dissatisfaction with AI-generated results, failure to download images before the 30-day retention period expires, or account suspension caused by a violation of our Terms or Content Policy.

To request a refund review, email [email protected] with the email address used for your account, the transaction date, and a short explanation of the issue.

We may ask for additional information to verify the account, transaction, or billing issue. Approved refunds will usually be returned to the original payment method through Creem, subject to payment processor and bank timelines.
