We collect account information you provide, such as your email address and authentication details needed to create and manage your account.

We collect usage information related to image generation, including prompts, generated image records, plan limits, generation counts, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

If you purchase a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Creem. We do not store full payment card numbers. Creem may provide us with payment status, subscription, customer, and transaction information needed to manage your plan.

We use Plausible Analytics to understand basic site usage. Plausible is privacy-focused and does not use cookies for our analytics.

We do not use Google Analytics. We do not use analytics cookies. Authentication or security features may use necessary local storage or similar browser storage so the service can function.

We use information to provide and improve AnimeGen, generate images, enforce daily generation limits, maintain accounts, process paid plans, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Free accounts currently receive up to 10 text generations per day. Pro accounts currently receive up to 100 text generations per day. We use account and usage data to apply those limits.

Generated images are retained for up to 30 days and then automatically deleted. Prompts and related metadata may be retained as needed to provide the service, enforce policies, investigate abuse, or comply with legal requirements.

You should download any generated images you want to keep before the retention period expires.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate AnimeGen, including hosting, authentication, analytics through Plausible, and payment processing through Creem.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users or others, or to investigate abuse, fraud, security issues, or violations of our policies.

You may delete your account using the self-service account deletion tools where available. You may also request deletion by emailing [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.

We may retain limited information when necessary for security, fraud prevention, payment records, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate business recordkeeping.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.

We will make reasonable efforts to respond to valid requests, but we may need to verify your identity before acting on them.
