Content Policy

AnimeGen does not allow NSFW content. Do not create, request, upload, share, or attempt to bypass filters for pornographic, explicit sexual, fetish, or highly suggestive sexual content.

Sexual content involving minors, people who appear to be minors, or age-ambiguous characters is strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required.

You may not use AnimeGen to create or distribute content that:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activity.
• Depicts or encourages sexual exploitation or abuse.
• Harasses, threatens, doxxes, or targets a private person.
• Promotes hatred, violence, or dehumanization against protected groups.
• Creates non-consensual intimate imagery or sexualized depictions of real people.
• Impersonates others in a deceptive or harmful way.
• Facilitates fraud, scams, phishing, malware, or evasion of law enforcement.
• Depicts graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, or instructions for physical harm.

Do not upload or request content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.

Avoid using AnimeGen to copy a living artist's distinctive style in a way that is likely to mislead others, violate rights, or create commercial confusion. Do not use generated images to falsely imply endorsement, sponsorship, or authorship by another person, studio, brand, or rights holder.

AI-generated images may not be eligible for copyright protection in every jurisdiction. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users. You are responsible for checking whether your use of generated images is lawful and appropriate.

Do not create deceptive, defamatory, sexual, harassing, or exploitative images of real people. Do not create images that imply a real person said, did, endorsed, or appeared in something if that is not true.

Extra care is required for public figures, minors, private individuals, and sensitive contexts such as politics, health, finance, crime, or personal reputation.

We may remove content, block prompts, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, or take other action when we believe this policy has been violated or when needed to protect AnimeGen, users, or others.

Generated images are retained for up to 30 days and then automatically deleted, but we may preserve limited records when necessary to investigate abuse, enforce policies, resolve disputes, or comply with law.
